Jamie Bassis is a New York State-licensed chemistry teacher with over 25 years of experience inspiring and educating students in the sciences. Jamie earned a Master of Science degree in Secondary Education from Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Arts from Stony Brook University. As the founder of Jamie Bassis Tutoring, Jamie offers expert, individualized instruction in chemistry in New York City and nationwide, with in-person sessions in Suffolk County, New York. Jamie specializes in a wide range of chemistry courses at all levels, including AP Chemistry, Honors Chemistry, Regents Chemistry, as well as College Chemistry I and II.
